Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to generate leads and convert them into long\-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas
• Present company products/services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Self\-motivated with a target\-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
