• *ABOUT THE ROLE**

Aalza Tech is looking for a **motivated and target\-driven Business Development Executive** to generate leads, acquire new clients, build strong business relationships and drive revenue growth.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• **Lead Generation:** Find potential clients through calls, emails, referrals and networking.
• **Client Acquisition:** Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• **Sales Targets:** Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• **Client Communication:** Understand client needs, present solutions and follow up regularly.
• **Negotiation \& Closing:** Prepare proposals, negotiate deals and convert leads into clients.
• **CRM \& Reporting:** Maintain lead records, track sales activities and prepare reports using CRM tools or Excel.
• **Relationship Management:** Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• **Team Coordination:** Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

• *REQUIRED SKILLS \& EXPERIENCE**

• Experience in **Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition**, preferably in NBFC, Fintech or Logistics.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation and deal\-closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship\-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Self\-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with targets.
• Good time management, follow\-up and problem\-solving skills.
