Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result\-oriented Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships and support the company's sales growth.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and explain the company's products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update the lead database.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
