We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-driven Business Development Executives to join our team at Aimlay. This role focuses on EdTech sales, where you will connect with prospective students and working professionals, understand their educational requirements, and promote our online courses and academic programmes.

You will be responsible for generating admissions, building relationships with prospective students, and driving revenue through effective sales and follow\-ups.

What You Will Do

• Connect with prospective students and working professionals through outbound calls (leads will be provided).
• Promote and sell the company's online courses and educational programmes.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course details, benefits, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Handle queries, address concerns, and convert interested leads into admissions.
• Conduct regular follow\-ups to maximise sales conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Maintain lead details, follow\-ups, and sales records in the CRM.
• Share daily and weekly sales performance updates with the reporting manager.
