About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the gemstone and jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, calls, and emails.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with leads, share proposals, and support deal closures.
• Research market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve business development targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client\-handling and follow\-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
• Self\-motivated with a target\-oriented approach.
• Experience in the jewellery or gemstone industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
