**Business Development Executive**
- *Roles And Responsibilities**
\-Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
\-Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
\-Identifying new revenue opportunities.
\-Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
\-Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
\-Collaborating with management on sales goals.
\-Supporting The Team With Other Responsibilities As Required.
\-Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
\-Requirements And Qualification
\-Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development
\-Strong customer service skills.
\-Ability to sell value and create credibility.
\-Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
\-Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
\-Ability to work well in a team environment.
\-Proficiency in MS Office.
- *Qualification**: M.tech, B.tech, MCA, M.Sc. (IT or CS) BCA, B.Sc. (IT or CS), PGDCA or MBA
- *Soft Skills**
\-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
\-Must be dynamic, flexible, and possesses perseverance skills
\-Should have an understanding of business objectives and organization structure
\-The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness
\-The candidate should possess great attention to detail and also maintain confidentiality and integrity
\-Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with a commitment to excellence
\-Self\-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently
\-Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach.
\-Excellent multitasking skills.
\-Ability to prioritize tasks.
\-Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
