Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Salary: ₹25000 – ₹30,000 per month (₹12,000 fixed \+ variable)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct follow\-ups and convert leads into customers.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
- Target\-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Good presentation and problem\-solving skills.
