Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities\-

New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors through a blended approach of online and offline sales strategies.

• Client Engagement: Conduct in\-person meetings and virtual presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our marketing services.
• Online \& Offline Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for both digital (e.g., social media campaigns, email marketing) and traditional (e.g., print ads, events, direct mail) marketing services.
• Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long\-term relationships with clients and key industry contacts.
• Travel: Be prepared to travel regularly to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in both online and offline marketing.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate (BBA or MBA in Agribusiness/Marketing is a significant advantage).
• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Good command of English is required for corporate reporting.
• Tech\-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Empathy: Ability to communicate effectively with the farming community and understand their needs.
• Negotiation: Strong closing skills to convert leads into long\-term paid partners.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
