Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring an **International Business Development Executive** to support client acquisition and sales activities for Plant Engineering services in the North American market. The role involves engaging with international clients, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Identify and connect with potential international clients through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
• Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Track and update sales pipeline and lead status.
• Support proposal preparation and client discussions.
• Follow up consistently to drive conversions and meet targets.

• *Requirements :**

• Any graduate with **strong English communication skills.**
• Interest or experience in **sales / business development.**
• Ability to work in **evening/night shifts** (North American time zone).
• Comfortable with **cold calling and lead generation.**

• (Experience in Plant Engineering / Construction services is an added advantage, not mandatory)*

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
