About Us

• *BetterBukz Accounting Services Private Limited** is a growing accounting and business services firm serving international clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive** to drive business growth in the Australia \& UK market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Australia \& UK market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.
• Research market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree required (MBA with Marketing specialization preferred)

✅ Freshers can apply. Selected candidates may undergo a **3\-6 month internship/training period** to gain market exposure.

✅ 3\-6 months of experience in

• International Business Development
• Inside Sales
• Lead Generation
• International Calling

✅ Experience with Australian market lead generation or sales will be an added advantage.

✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

✅ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical abilities.

✅ Self\-motivated with a proactive and "never give up" attitude.

✅ Knowledge of Australian business culture is a plus.
