Business Development Executive (BDE)

motivated and result\-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through Google Maps, LinkedIn, Apollo, referrals, and other online platforms.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
• Build long\-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM tools.

Skills Required

• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, or software services is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
