  • *Position Summary**

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales leads, developing customer relationships, and promoting the company's machinery and industrial solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to market development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *Business Development**
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and industrial markets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • *Sales \& Customer Acquisition**
  • Promote and sell the company's machinery and equipment solutions.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • *Customer Relationship Management**
  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
  • *Market Intelligence**
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.
  • *Reporting \& Documentation**
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update CRM and sales databases regularly.
  • *Qualification**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
  • BBA\&MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Industrial Equipment/Machinery Sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
