Job Description

Blue Cloud Publishers is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with aspiring authors and guide them through our publishing services and packages. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills and be comfortable handling client interactions through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Blue Cloud Publishers' publishing packages to prospective authors.
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update customer records using Zoho CRM.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable publishing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with authors and clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of communications, sales activities, and follow\-ups.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Experience in customer handling and lead conversion.
Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.
Good knowledge of email communication and professional follow\-up practices.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance\-driven goals.
Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
Proficiency in using ChatGPT and AI tools for communication, productivity, and workflow enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Previous experience in sales, publishing, customer relationship management, education counseling, or business development will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a sales\-oriented mindset may also apply.
