ROLE: Associate and TL – Sales \& Marketing (Real Estate)
Key Responsibilities
\* Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients
\* Explain property details to customers and support them in decision\-making
\* Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
\* Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets
\* Follow up on company\-generated leads and close deals
\* Submit all relevant documents post\-sale and report to management
\* Analyze and report sales performance
\* Display strong sales acumen and adaptability
Requirements
\* Experience in Real Estate Industry
\* Strong knowledge of real estate sales \& channel management
\* Excellent communication \& leadership skills
