Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target\-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth through referral marketing, client relationship management, and field\-based business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting branches, meeting clients, building referral networks, and identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit branches regularly and support business development initiatives.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and manage referral partnerships to generate business opportunities.
- Identify and approach target customers to expand the customer base.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business growth.
- Achieve assigned business development and customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure effective follow\-up and customer service.
- Maintain records of client visits, referrals, and business development activities.
Requirements
- Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel frequently for client and branch visits.
- Strong Communication and Relationship\-Building Skills.
- Business Development, Sales, or Referral Marketing Experience Preferred.
- Target\-Oriented with Strong Negotiation Skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in field sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and networking opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kozhikode, Kerala
