We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to drive our outreach
efforts and accelerate our growth. This role is perfect for individuals with 0\-2 years of experience in

What will you do?
● Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations and identifying
their needs and challenges.
● Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through personalized
communication and consistent follow\-up.
● Foster enduring relationships with clients through personalised communication and
consistent follow\-up, leveraging insights gained from cold calls.
● Customize solutions to address the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients,
showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.
● Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and
appointments between potential clients and account managers.
● Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a unified approach
to client engagement and project execution.
● Efficiently schedule and manage outreach efforts, coordinating meetings and discussions
between potential clients and the relevant account managers.
● Maintain detailed records of all outbound lead interactions, including cold calls,
follow\-ups, and meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
● Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and
meeting outcomes.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to refine
outreach strategies and improve results.
● Continuously work towards exceeding sales targets by generating qualified leads through
proactive outreach.
What do we expect from you?\-
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 0\-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
