• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound website leads into clients, understanding their digital marketing requirements, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to closure.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle and convert **website\-generated leads** for digital marketing services such as **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and other online marketing solutions.**
• Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business goals.
• Identify client requirements and recommend the most suitable digital marketing services.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages based on client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Take feedback from existing clients regarding services and overall satisfaction.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum **1 year of experience** in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Digital Marketing ).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services such as **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing,etc.**
• Ability to handle multiple client inquiries and follow\-ups effectively.
• Client\-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
