Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in generating business from the **US market** by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing IT service projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate new business opportunities from the US market.
• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, ZoomInfo, email campaigns, and other lead generation platforms.
• Reach out to prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and deliver the best solutions.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and business development activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Development.
• Proven experience in acquiring US/International clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with lead generation and sales tools such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of IT services including:
• Web Development
• Mobile App Development
• Laravel
• React.js
• Magento
• Custom Software Development

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
