Purpose of the Role

To identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client records.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification \& Experience

• **Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• **Experience:** 1–3 years in sales or business development.
• Experience in the signage, advertising, or related industry will be an added advantage.
