Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Business Development Executive** to manage the complete onboarding journey of new clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between sales, delivery, and clients—ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to successful project kickoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end\-to\-end client onboarding process
• Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, Support) for seamless onboarding
• Conduct onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and requirement discussions
• Ensure all onboarding documentation, contracts, and credentials are completed accurately
• Set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables with clients
• Track onboarding progress and resolve any issues or escalations promptly
• Collect initial client feedback and ensure a positive onboarding experience

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client\-handling and relationship\-management abilities
• Good organizational and time\-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of IT services / SaaS / digital solutions (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
• Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management
• Exposure to IT services, software companies, or agency environments
• Immediate joiners preferred
