We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive who is highly motivated by performance\-based incentives and uncapped earning potential. This role seamlessly integrates traditional sales expertise with modern AI knowledge to drive revenue across our innovative product portfolio.

  • *Job Description**
  • **Lead Generation**: Generating leads through inbound marketing strategies, such as Meta, email campaigns, Whatsapp campaigns, Google Ads, Linkedin Sales navigator and social media
  • **Negotiation:** Negotiating terms of sale, contracts, and agreements with clients.
  • **Closing Deals**: Finalizing sales and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • **Sales Reporting:** Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • **Prospecting**: Identifying potential customers or clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, and research
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Lead Management:** Follow up with qualified inbound leads and convert them into customers
  • **Cold Outreach:** Execute cold email campaigns and outbound calling for AI \& IT product sales
  • **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • **Customer Success:** Gather regular feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • **Product Demonstration:** Present AI solutions to prospects and explain their business value
  • **Sales Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales progress
  • **Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on AI trends and competitor analysis
  • *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
  • **AI Knowledge:** Hands\-on experience with at least 2 AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • **CRM Experience:** Working knowledge of any CRM platform ( vTiger , Odoo, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
  • **Communication:** Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (speaking mandatory)
  • **Preferred:** Strong English writing and presentation skills
  • **Mindset:** Results\-driven with strong interpersonal skills
