Make outbound calls to prospective students using the provided leads database. • Conduct tele\-counseling sessions to understand student requirements and suggest suitable IT courses. • Generate walk\-ins for the training center by convincing and scheduling branch visits. • Handle offline lead nurturing process: Tele\-counseling → Visit → Demo Session → Admission. • Convert interested candidates into direct online admissions for students who prefer not to visit the branch. • Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, and career opportunities in IT. • Maintain strong and consistent follow\-ups with interested prospects until admission closure. • Maintain and update CRM records, lead details, call logs, and follow\-up history. • Respond quickly to fresh inquiries from website, social media, and marketing campaigns. • Share daily activity reports including calls made, walk\-ins generated, demos scheduled, and admissions closed. • Coordinate with academic and placement teams for demo sessions and student onboarding.
