Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

we are looking for a motivated and experienced/ fresher Business Development Executive to expand our business in the United States market.

We provide professional land surveying and CAD drafting services to US\-based surveyors, engineering firms, and land development companies. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and business development skills who can identify potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and build long\-term relationships with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the United States market.
• Find and connect with US\-based land surveyors, surveying companies, and engineering firms.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, phone calls, and other platforms.
• Introduce and promote our land survey CAD drafting services to potential clients.
• Communicate professionally with US\-based clients through emails, calls, and online meetings.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop long\-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with the internal drafting team to understand project requirements and client expectations.
• Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or International Client Handling.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience in international B2B sales or US client handling will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, lead generation, email marketing, and CRM tools.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
