Business Development Executive (BDE)

Glisten Infotech India LLP is looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with experience in IT software sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT software and technology services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to offer suitable software solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, sales discussions, negotiations, and follow\-ups.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Generate leads, acquire new clients, and drive project closures.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2\+ years of experience in IT software sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client\-handling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and sales processes.
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to Dubai in the future, based on business requirements.
