Job Description
BDE KRAs
1\. Develop and manage preschool tie\-ups to generate admission referrals.
2\. Build corporate partnerships for admission lead generation.
3\. Generate quality leads through ground activities, society activations, and local networking.
4\. Build brand collaborations and strengthen community relationships.
5\. Make calls for event invitations, follow\-ups, and other admission\-related activities as and when required.
6\. Achieve monthly admission targets through self\-generated leads and partnerships.
7\. Actively participate in school admission events and support internal school events.
8\. Maintain regular follow\-ups, update CRM, and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
9\. Continuously identify new opportunities and provide market insights to strengthen admissions.
Primary Goal: Generate quality leads, build strong partnerships, and convert them into admissions.
