Job Description

  • *Job Summary:\-**

We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven **Business Development Executive** to accelerate business growth for our premium portfolio of herbal extracts, essential oils, and carrier oils. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new **B2B** opportunities across the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries. You will manage existing client relationships and achieve strategic sales targets to expand our footprint throughout the domestic Pan\-India market.

  • *Key Responsibilities:\-**
  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including manufacturers in the skincare, ayurvedic, and nutraceutical sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to find potential leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry trade shows.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors and bulk buyers to ensure repeat orders and long\-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation \& Closing: Handle inquiries, provide accurate price quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging demands for specific herbal extracts or essential oils.
  • Reporting: Maintain updated records in the CRM and provide weekly sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • *Qualifications \& Skills:\-**
  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or relevant experience, preferably in the herbal, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • **Communication:** Fluent in English and Hindi; excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
  • **Soft Skills:** Self\-motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a target\-driven environment.
  • **Tools:** Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
