Job Description
Weare hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role involves handling CRM leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Call and manage daily assigned leads from CRM
- Convert leads into paying customers through regular follow\-ups
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Maintain accurate lead updates and customer interaction records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth order processing
- Re\-engage inactive or dropped leads to improve conversions
- Handle customer queries throughout the sales cycle
- Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities
- Deliver a positive customer experience during the sales process
- *Requirements:**
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in handling customer conversations
- Target\-oriented and self\-motivated
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Proficiency in Kannada and English preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
