Job Description

Weare hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role involves handling CRM leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue through customer acquisition and relationship management.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Call and manage daily assigned leads from CRM
  • Convert leads into paying customers through regular follow\-ups
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Maintain accurate lead updates and customer interaction records
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth order processing
  • Re\-engage inactive or dropped leads to improve conversions
  • Handle customer queries throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities
  • Deliver a positive customer experience during the sales process
  • *Requirements:**
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in handling customer conversations
  • Target\-oriented and self\-motivated
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
