- *What you'll actually do:**
- Hunt for opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and other platforms; you'll be the front line of our pipeline.
- Write proposals that don't sound like every other proposal. Win first calls, then win projects.
- Engage with international clients (mostly US, UK, EU, Middle East) — understand their problem, qualify the lead, and pitch the right solution
- Collaborate with our tech and design leads to scope projects accurately (no overselling, no underselling)
- Negotiate budgets, timelines, and contracts, and close
- Build long\-term client relationships that turn one\-off projects into multi\-year accounts
- Keep your CRM clean and your pipeline healthier than your gym routine
- *What we're looking for in our people:**
- Hands\-on experience bidding on Upwork or similar platforms, you know the algorithm, the etiquette, and the tricks
- A strong grip on what sells in the tech services space: web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, AI/ML, SaaS, MVPs
- Written English that makes clients want to reply within the hour
- The instinct to qualify hard and avoid time\-wasters
- Comfort hopping on a call with a CTO in San Francisco or a founder in Dubai
- A competitive streak. We're a sales team. We celebrate wins loudly.
- *Bonus points if you have:**
- Experience selling into US/Europe/Australia markets specifically
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A portfolio of past wins you can talk about with conviction
