• *Job Summary**

Image Creative Education is looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive to drive student admissions through field marketing, institutional partnerships, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should be passionate about meeting people, traveling extensively, and generating quality leads.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions to generate student leads and build partnerships.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to create awareness about Image Creative Education's programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, college placement officers, HODs, and other educational stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic tie\-ups with educational institutions.
• Generate admissions by converting inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and follow\-ups.
• Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, education fairs, and campus activation programs.
• Meet monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, leads generated, follow\-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
• Represent the organization professionally while visiting institutions and attending events.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Admissions, or Educational Marketing.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.

• Flexible to work in a target\-driven environment.
