We are looking for a **dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive** who can help expand our global client base and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through **online platforms, networking, and outbound outreach**
• Manage **international client communication** via email, calls, and online meetings
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the **technical team** to propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and present **business proposals, quotations, and presentations**
• Build and maintain strong relationships with **new and existing clients**
• Work on platforms such as **Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other lead generation channels**
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly **sales targets**

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Gujarati**
• Strong **negotiation and presentation skills**
• Good understanding of **IT services, software development, and technology solutions**
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals
• Experience in **international sales or IT service selling** will be an advantage
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and result\-oriented personality

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, IT, or related field**

Experience

• *1 to 3 years** experience in **Business Development / IT Sales / International Sales**
