Roles \& Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Assist in reaching out to prospective clients through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing strategies to expand the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Passion for sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, or technology products is an advantage.
