Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Connect with colleges, universities, corporate clients, and potential customers.
- Present the company's training, internship, and placement programs.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Update customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Attend educational events, seminars, and campus drives when required.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Problem\-solving and customer\-handling skills.
- Self\-motivated with a positive attitude.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of sales/business development experience are welcome.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Training, Recruitment, or B2B/B2C Sales is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹25,000\.00 per month
