Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the Company's revenue growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Company services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing business deals.
- Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the Company professionally during client meetings and networking events.
- Support business expansion initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
