Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and converting prospects into clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Identify and approach potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Present company products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of software products and IT services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
