Business Development Executive (BDE)

• *Role Summary:**

We are seeking a business development executive to support the growth of our consulting practice across India, primarily focused on the West and North. You will work closely with our partners and practice leads to build and manage the sales pipeline, identify and qualify prospects, and support the full business development cycle from first outreach to proposal.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Research target sectors and accounts, and build qualified potential customer lists.
• Run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, referrals) to book meetings for senior consultants and partners
• Draft and support proposals, credentials decks, and RFP responses
• Maintain the CRM and report on pipeline metrics
• Plan and support client events, webinars, and thought\-leadership initiatives
• Track market and competitor activity and share insights with the leadership team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in conducting online research and using CRM tools
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and results\-driven
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Team\-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible and open to travel for client meetings and events
• Prior experience in a sales\-target environment is an added advantage

• *Educational Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.
• Past work experience in a target\-oriented sales environment (will be preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 per month
