Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will manage the entire property sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure:
- **Lead Generation \& Conversion:** Proactively identify, reach out to, and nurture high\-potential buyers and property sellers in the Kolkata market.
- **Property Sourcing \& Listing:** Onboard new residential and commercial properties for rent buy/sell mandates, ensuring an active and accurate inventory.
- **Site Visits \& Consultations:** Schedule, coordinate, and lead property inspections and site visits with prospective clients, highlighting value propositions effectively.
- **Negotiation \& Closing:** Facilitate smooth negotiations between buyers and sellers, helping both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements to close high\-ticket deals.
- **Market Analysis:** Keep track of local real estate trends, property valuations, and competitor activity in areas like New Town, Rajarhat, and Salt Lake to advise clients accurately.
Requirements \& Qualifications
We are looking for self\-motivated, target\-driven local sales professionals who thrive in competitive environments.
- **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of direct, hands\-on experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property development.
- **Location:** Must be residing in Kolkata with strong geographical knowledge of the city (**especially East Kolkata/New Town)**.
- **Network:** An existing network of property owners, buyers, or investors is highly preferred.
- **Hardware/Vehicle:** A two\-wheeler/four\-wheeler for frequent property site visits and client meetings.
- **Core Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Punctuality and aggressive problem\-solving are non\-negotiable.
Stipend \& Compensation
We offer a highly rewarding, performance\-linked pay structure where your earning potential matches your drive:
- **Salary Range:** ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000\+ per month
- **Structure:** Uncapped, lucrative commission percentages on every successful buy or sell transaction closed. High\-ticket closures directly scale your monthly earnings.
