Scarmel is a growing technology and digital solutions company specializing in website development, digital marketing, branding, software solutions, and business growth services. We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Hybrid Work Model (Remote \+ Office Attendance as Required)
• Some on\-site work required at our Madiwala, Bengaluru office for meetings, training sessions, and client interactions.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Madiwala, Bengaluru, Karnataka
