Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship\-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network of architects, interior designers, and design firms across Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified showroom visits, conducting field meetings, managing follow\-ups through CRM, and converting opportunities into long\-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and design firms
- Conduct field visits and schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Generate qualified showroom visits and project opportunities
- Deliver product presentations at client offices and our showroom
- Manage follow\-ups, meeting notes, and opportunities using the company CRM
- Coordinate quotations, project discussions, and sample requests
- Maintain regular communication with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Support basic social media and Instagram lead management activities
- Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all interactions and opportunities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Qualified meetings conducted
- Qualified showroom visits generated
- New opportunities created
- Pipeline progression
- CRM compliance and follow\-up completion
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or field sales
- Experience in building materials, interiors, furniture, hardware, construction, or related industries is preferred
- Strong communication, relationship\-building, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field visits and relationship\-based selling
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Own two\-wheeler and laptop are mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, or building material companies will be given preference.
