Job Description

  • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, new customer acquisition, and order conversion targets
  • Achieve the cash collection target
  • Understand the customer’s business, product needs, preferred designs, sizes, colours, stock requirements, budget, and purchase plan. Suggest suitable products based on their needs.
  • Regularly contact existing customers regarding new collections, available stock, offers, seasonal needs, and future purchase plans to generate repeat orders.
  • Identify opportunities for cross\-selling, upselling, larger order quantities, additional product categories, and repeat purchases.
  • Confirm all order details correctly, including product, design, size, colour, quantity, price, delivery date, payment terms \& customer instructions before processing the order.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customers on time, coordinating for timely delivery, and ensuring complaints are handled immediately.
  • Update all lead details, follow\-ups, orders, payments, customer feedback, and sales status correctly and on time in the CRM.
  • Visit customers when required, normally once in a quarter, to understand their needs, present new collections, collect orders, strengthen the relationship \& follow up on payments.
  • Confident, target\-focused and strongly interested in sales \& customer relationships.
  • Willing to contact customers and follow up consistently.
  • Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
  • Basic knowledge of apparel products, designs, sizes, colours, and fabrics.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
