• *Job Overview**

We are hiring a **Business Development Executive / Online Bidder** with **6 months\-1\.5 years of experience in online bidding, bidding portals, lead generation, proposal writing, and client acquisition**. The candidate should have hands\-on experience with platforms such as **Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH**, or similar portals and be capable of generating business opportunities for **IT services including Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate leads and business through online bidding portals.
• Search and identify relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
• Prepare and submit professional proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate with potential and existing clients through email, chat, and calls.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
• Maintain client records and update bidding activities.
• Achieve assigned business development and bidding targets.

• *Requirements**

• 6 months\-1\.5 years of experience in **Business Development / Online Bidding / Online Bidder** roles.
• Hands\-on experience with **bidding portals is required**.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good proposal writing, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
• Basic understanding of **Web Development, SEO, or Digital Marketing** is preferred.

Important Note

• *This is a strictly On\-Site position. Remote/Work\-from\-Home options are not available. The selected candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.**
