- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, EPC contractors, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), and government agencies.
- Promote the company's Techno\-Commercial Audit and Engineering Consulting services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
- Prepare proposals, techno\-commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Track upcoming infrastructure and real estate projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- *Eligibility Criteria**
- *Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech \- Civil)**
- *Experience**
- **2–8 years** of experience in **Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales** within the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering Consulting, PMC, or Building Materials industry.
- *Required Skills**
- Strong understanding of construction processes and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project execution, BOQs, contracts, and engineering terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, including Project Directors, Developers, Architects, and Consultants.
- Self\-driven with a strong customer\-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
