  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify and generate business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, EPC contractors, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), and government agencies.
  • Promote the company's Techno\-Commercial Audit and Engineering Consulting services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, techno\-commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized client solutions.
  • Track upcoming infrastructure and real estate projects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
  • *Eligibility Criteria**
  • *Education**
  • Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech \- Civil)**
  • *Experience**
  • **2–8 years** of experience in **Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales** within the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering Consulting, PMC, or Building Materials industry.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of project execution, BOQs, contracts, and engineering terminology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders, including Project Directors, Developers, Architects, and Consultants.
  • Self\-driven with a strong customer\-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
