Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new corporate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Facility, and Management professionals.
  • Pitch corporate travel solutions including:
  • Corporate Tours
  • Team Outings
  • MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences \& Exhibitions)
  • Employee Reward Trips
  • Offsite Planning
  • International Incentive Tours
  • Schedule client meetings (online \& offline).
  • Prepare customized travel proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
  • Maintain long\-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team for seamless execution.
  • Update CRM with leads, follow\-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Represent Paradise Yatra at business networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities.
  • Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self\-motivated with a result\-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹17,000\.00 per month
