Pixel Street is an AI\-native creative design and development studio in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. We work with Coca\-Cola India, ITC, Marico, Aditya Birla Group, The Hindu Group and UPL, plus D2C brands and tech companies across India, the UK, the US, Canada and the UAE. Our biggest client relationship started with a cold call. We're hiring someone who can make that call again and again.

• *What you'll do**

• Build lead lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Write cold emails and follow\-up sequences that get replies
• Reach brand and marketing heads through LinkedIn and cold calls
• Turn conversations into meetings, then into clients
• Qualify inbound enquiries and find upsell opportunities in existing accounts
• Prepare proposals, quotations and pitch decks
• Track the pipeline and share weekly reports

• *What we're looking for**

• Persistence: you make the call others postpone, and you follow up until you get an answer
• Curiosity: you research a brand's products, competitors and campaigns before you pitch
• Strong business writing and comfort pitching on calls and in meetings
• Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, Google Sheets, email sequencing) and daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
• Basic understanding of branding, websites, marketing and video services
• Fluent English; Hindi and Bengali are a plus
• Bachelor's degree; proof that you can sell matters more than the college
