  • *Position Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, client engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to introduce the company's services, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the business development team.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers across various industries.
  • Introduce and explain Pro\-TEAM Solutions' service portfolio to potential clients.
  • Identify customer requirements and business challenges.
  • Generate qualified leads and convince prospects to schedule business meetings with the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Follow up regularly with leads through calls and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meeting schedules, and follow\-up activities in Excel.
  • Update daily call reports, lead status, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and business teams for successful meeting conversions.
  • Stay updated on the company's services and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Good presentation and customer handling skills.
  • Experience in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition.
