Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support business growth through both inside sales and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Visit prospective clients, business establishments, and customer locations to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in client acquisition, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- BBA/MBA is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
