Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support business growth through both inside sales and field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
  • Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Visit prospective clients, business establishments, and customer locations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct field visits to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in client acquisition, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

  • BBA/MBA is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field sales and client meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
