As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can consistently generate new opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.

You must have
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence communicating with international prospects.
- Professional email writing abilities.

Experience Required
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales.
- Experience with cold email outreach is preferred.
- Experience selling digital marketing services is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Outreach \& Lead Generation
- Send a minimum of **50 cold emails per day** (mandatory).
- Research and identify potential dental clinics across the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Find decision\-makers and maintain accurate prospect data.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
- Maintain organized records of conversations and opportunities.
Appointment Setting
- Respond to interested prospects.
- Qualify leads and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings for the dentist.
- Ensure prospects are properly followed up and nurtured.
Reporting \& Target Achievement
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Track replies, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
- Meet or exceed monthly business development targets.
- Suggest improvements to outreach campaigns and messaging.
Skills \& Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.
- Strong organizational and follow\-up abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work different shifts when required.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience selling digital marketing services is a plus.

KPIs
