Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and other lead\-generation channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Branding.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long\-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (experience in a Digital Marketing Agency preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience selling Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, or Branding services.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and industry terminology.
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
