Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Trainee / Fresher BDE** who is interested in learning business development for an **IT service\-based company**. The candidate will support the team in generating business leads through channels like **LinkedIn, email outreach, and other direct marketing methods**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Learn and assist in generating leads for IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.)
• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms
• Maintain lead databases and update client communication records
• Support the business development and marketing team in outreach activities
• Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and client requirements
• Help the team in achieving monthly lead generation targets

• *Required Skills**

• Fresher or up to **0–1 year of experience**
• Basic knowledge of **LinkedIn, email communication, and online research**
• Good **communication and interpersonal skills**
• Interest in **IT services and business development**
• Basic understanding of **MS Excel / Google Sheets**
• Knowledge of tools like **Apollo, Snov.io, Lusha, or CRM** will be a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per year
