Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
