TASA Consulting and IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE).

The role involves researching job requirements, identifying potential clients, generating quality business leads, and building strong client relationships in the U.S. market.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Research job requirements using LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals.
• Identify potential clients and collect relevant contact information.
• Analyze job requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Maintain and update lead details using Microsoft Excel.
• Contact potential clients and follow up on business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned daily targets for research and lead generation.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain professional business relationships.

• *Skills and Qualifications**

• Eligible degrees: B.E. (ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil), M.Sc., M.Com., or MBA.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Good written communication and reading comprehension skills.
• Knowledge of web research and Boolean search operators such as AND and OR.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools is an added advantage.
• Good decision\-making, problem\-solving, and attention to detail.
